These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ZOBUT GAMES TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI ("Tonbuk", "we", "us") for the Tonbuk mobile app and tonbuk.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tonbuk, or older if the law of your country requires it. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Service, including purchases.
Tonbuk offers casual games (XOX, Memory and Block) that you can play against the computer or online against other players, together with friends, chat, game invitations and a daily bonus. Games against the computer are free and do not use lives. Online matches use lives, and some features have daily limits that Tonbuk VIP removes.
We keep improving Tonbuk and may add, change or remove games, features, limits and rewards (for example the daily bonus amounts). Online features need an internet connection.
Usernames, chat messages and the reactions and texts you send in matches must respect other players. Do not:
Blocked words are masked automatically. Use Block and Report on a player's card or in the chat menu: blocking removes the player from your friends and stops their messages and invitations. We review reports and may reset usernames, suspend accounts or ban them permanently, with or without notice. When an account is banned, its remaining lives and VIP time are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
You keep ownership of the usernames, messages and texts you send. You give us a worldwide, free licence to store, transmit and show them inside the Service as far as needed to run it, for example to deliver your messages to your friends and to review reports. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep under the law.
The Tonbuk app, its games, design, graphics, characters, avatars, software and the Tonbuk name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer the Service, collect data from it automatically, or interfere with our servers.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, abuse the Service, or if the law requires it. We may also stop offering the Service or part of it; if we close it completely, we will try to tell you in the app in advance. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 4, 8, 9, 11 and 12 continue to apply after termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or never interrupted, for example during maintenance or network problems.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, including your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce important changes in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
