Delete your Tonbuk account

Delete in the app

1. Open Tonbuk and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.
4. If you use a Google account, confirm by choosing it once more.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Delete without the app

If you cannot open the app, e-mail support@tonbuk.com with the subject "Delete my Tonbuk account", from the e-mail address of the Google account you use in Tonbuk. If you know your player code (TB·XXXXXX), add it to the message. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Guest accounts are not linked to an e-mail address, so the safest way to delete one is in the app. If you no longer have access to it, write to us with its player code; we may ask for details to make sure the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, avatar, gender, e-mail address, player code and any profile photo from an earlier version of the app.
• Your lives, game statistics, online match records and daily bonus history.
• Your friends, friend requests, blocks and reports.
• Your chat messages, also from the chats of the people you talked to, and the chats you muted.
• Your notification token, your sign-in sessions and your sign-in record in Firebase Authentication.

What is kept

• Purchase records (order ID, product and dates) for as long as accounting and tax law requires, typically up to 10 years.
• Ban records: if the account was banned for breaking our rules, its internal ID and the reason.
• Server access logs for a limited period for security, then deleted.
• Crash reports and usage statistics in Firebase, which are not linked to your e-mail address and expire within 14 months.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel Tonbuk VIP. To stop renewals, cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions before you delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for more about your data.
